Privacy Policy
Arkitex is built to keep public tools lightweight and transparent. Some tools run in your browser, while chatbot, email, scheduling, hosting, and AI provider features use server-side or third-party services.
Local tools and files
Many OmniTools utilities process text, calculations, or files in your browser. When a tool is local-only, Arkitex does not need to receive that working content for the tool to run. Some AI-assisted or conversion features may use supporting services when the tool says so or when the browser cannot complete the task locally.
AI Readiness Index
The AI Readiness Index does not require an account. Your answers and results may be saved in your browser's local storage while you work. Share links encode result data in the URL hash so you can reopen or share a report; anyone with that link may be able to see the encoded result.
Chatbot and email submissions
Messages sent through the site assistant go to a Netlify serverless function and a server-side AI provider for a response. Arkitex does not intentionally store chat transcripts by default. If you use the assistant's contact form, Arkitex receives the email address, message, page context, and optional assessment context that the form sends so James can follow up.
Scheduling
Scheduling links open an external Google Calendar appointment page. Information you enter there is handled by Google and any calendar account settings that apply to the booking.
Cookies and local storage
Arkitex may use cookies, browser storage, or similar browser features for site functionality, saved tool state, readiness results, preferences, and hosting or security operations. You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings.
Providers
Arkitex may use service providers for hosting, serverless functions, email delivery, AI responses, scheduling, fonts, icons, and other operational needs. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, API keys, payment data, protected health information, sensitive government records, or confidential client material through public tools, chat, or contact forms.
